Shipping & delivery

How much is shipping?
$8.00 standard within the US, free on orders of $70 or more. Express is $15.00.

How long will my order take?
1–3 business days to process, then typically 5–12 business days in transit for standard, 3–6 for express.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship within the United States only.

Will everything arrive together?
Not always. Orders with several items can ship separately and arrive on different days. You're never charged twice for shipping.

Returns & refunds

What's your return window?
30 days from delivery, on unused items in original packaging. See the Return Policy for the full terms.

Who pays return shipping?
You do if you changed your mind. We do if the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, any time before it ships — usually a 1–3 business day window. Email us straight away.

Products

Are the training aids for right- or left-handed players?
Where handedness matters, it's stated in the product title and description. Our grip trainer and Tempo Stick are currently right-handed only.

Will the grip trainer fit my clubs?
It fits most standard grips and installs and removes in seconds, so you practise with your own clubs.

Is the Par 1 game safe indoors?
It uses foam balls, so it's safe for a basement, garage, or large room — though it plays best outdoors where you can back up and take a full chipping motion.

Do you sell clubs?
Our range is training aids and course accessories. We'll say clearly on the product page if that ever changes.

Orders & payment

What payment methods do you take?
All major credit and debit cards through Shopify's secure checkout, plus the accelerated payment options shown at checkout.

Is my card safe?
We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout.

Do you have a discount code?
GLORY10 takes 10% off orders of $25 or more.

Email us immediately with your order number. If it hasn't shipped we can fix it at no cost.
