If the gear doesn't work for you, send it back. No interrogation.

The window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Condition

Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned in their original packaging with any included accessories. Training aids that have been used on a range or course, and anything returned without its packaging, may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.

How to start a return

Email gavinmccrarywork@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll reply within one business day with a return address and instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you've heard from us — unauthorized returns can't be tracked to your order.

Who pays return shipping

Changed your mind, wrong size, didn't suit you: you cover return shipping.
Item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong thing: we cover it, and we'll send a prepaid label.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the fault was ours.

Exchanges

The fastest route is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for what you actually want.

Damaged on arrival

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll replace or refund it, and you won't pay return shipping.
