Track Your Order

Using your tracking number

When your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking number and a link. Click the link, or paste the number into the carrier's site, to see where your package is.

Haven't got a tracking number yet?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and tracking is emailed the moment the package leaves the warehouse. If it's been more than 5 business days since you ordered and you still have nothing, check your spam folder first — then email us.

Tracking hasn't moved in a few days

This is normal. Carrier scans can go quiet for 2–4 days in transit, especially between hubs. If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, get in touch and we'll open an inquiry with the carrier.

It says delivered but nothing arrived

Check with anyone else at the address and look around the property — carriers often leave packages out of sight. If it still hasn't turned up after 24 hours, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll replace or refund the order.
