Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 US states. Here's exactly what to expect.

Rates

Standard shipping — $8.00. Applies to all domestic orders under $70.
Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.
Express shipping — $15.00. Available at checkout on all domestic orders.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once processed, standard orders typically arrive within 5–12 business days. Express orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can extend them.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us and we'll chase it down.

Multiple items

Orders containing more than one item may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra shipping for a split delivery.

Wrong or incomplete address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct address; a second standard shipping charge applies.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered and you don't have it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos where relevant. We'll replace it or refund it.
